Ireland

A repeat client left London after Brexit and bought a former boat house on the Irish coastline overlooking Dublin Bay. Phillip was given six months to gut renovate and fully furnish the home, using the colors of the landscape as seen through the windows as inspiration. The client specifically requested a “lavish” kitchen, a home office and gym. He got it all (the kitchen even has U.S.-sized appliances), and on time, which is no small feat when working in a foreign country. Phillip sourced local and regional artisans, artists and makers to complete the task, down to the table settings. And thanks to expansive windows and strategic use of varying sheens and textures, the home feels light-filled even on a gray day.
