Long-time clients were among the first to buy into the sleek Richard Meier-designed tower at Miami’s iconic Surf Club. This gave Phillip the opportunity to reconfigure the layout pre-build to better function for entertaining while maximizing ocean views, and create the perfect backdrop for their art collection. The result is a skillful mélange of materials, furnishings and a color palette that reads calm and collected in the public spaces (white, grey, chrome) and cozy in the private (leather, Mongolian lamb). The client can comfortably seat 16 for dinner beneath a mirrored ceiling, move on to one of two seating areas for apres activities, and retire to their jewel box of a bedroom, while enjoying ocean views in every space.
